Thank You For Our First Successful Weekend!

We've completed our first weekend, re-opening the bar during the pandemic, and I just wanted to say thank you to all who have been down for a drink and embraced and supported the changes we've had to make, it's really appreciated.

There has been an enormous amount of work and time that has gone into things behind the scenes, as well as in the public eye. It's not been an easy time at all for anyone and I couldn't have done it all without the support and hard work of the fantastic Committee, members and bar staff.

There's been stock collected, posters made, grass cut, hedges cut, flowers planted, chairs removed, tidying, frameworks, risks assessments and endless government and RYA policies to keep up with (which I don't want to have to read ever again). But, we've done it, we pulled together and have come out the other end.

So, a massive thank you to all who helped and supported. I really do appreciate it.
